Just thinking to day about Strength (we did this in the Sunday class this week) and how it is often misunderstood. Strength is endurance, yes, and courage and we need those for sure and courage is seen in many ways, often quietly behind the scenes of our lives when no one is looking or even knows we have something we must be courageous about. We find courage in darkness. In silence. Often without witness. But most importantly, Strength also comes from being authentically ourselves. Don’t be tamed by other people’s expectations (or your own), instead, unleash and free yourself into your beauty and brilliance with confidence and compassion.
So Blessings to you all today.
May you all stand tall and embraced in the landscape of your life.
May you always dance (as Rumi suggests) holding the Lion’s paw.
